Feature Request

It'd be great to see an overview of all talent's availability somewhere on the main talent dashboard

It would be handy to be able to utilize the 1-5 star rating and not have people reduced to a poop emoji. If someone is worthy of that emoji, we wouldn't keep them in our database.

Sort Talent in categories by rating, rate, recently worked with, seniority, date added, frequency of booking, etc

Display a pool of untested talent that can be upvoted/downvoted by each baselance user to gauge overall interest in the candidate.

Useful for finding talent that worked on specific jobs in the past.

When working on a list it would be great to easily drag someone from an art director role to a designer role without having to go to their profile to add them into that role.
